When describing a person in your writing, never give the person’s face more than one detail. The brain fills in the rest, anymore than the eye patch is wasted.

The first experiment. If you touch your toe and your nose at the same time you feel your nose first. There is a slight delay because your foot is further from your brain.
A couple of years ago now I spoke out in the press about gender. I said that there were only two definitive genders and everything in between. I lost 566 followers in a single day. At the time I was being overly sensitive and losing that many followers actually affected me. Although you can argue that this is an assault on the privileged and not a tragic event. Still, the meaning behind emotional things that do not really exist needs to be examined. Obviously in gender sensitive times they didn’t like what I said. And that may be so, but I believe we should be punished more for what we didn’t say, than what we did.
Judge society on how governments invest in their children. All of this world’s problems stem from this simple understanding. If we fail to turn them on, we simply turn them off. And if we turn them off they turn upon themselves … And then upon each other.
So little of what we do is worth writing down.
Bundling off the underground I was plugged in and deep into the only 5th. I bumped into a man in an elevated hat. He knew who I was for sure. He looked hard at me and said,
‘You think you are better than me don’t you?’ I said nothing and looked away, then I thought about it. And days and events took over my mouth.
‘No, you think I’m better than you.’ I replied. They called security. And he disappeared.
